Materials and resources published by CiCe and others

This facility brings together a range of resources we have developed over the past seven years. We are continuing to develop and grow our collection of resources and information for our members an others interested in the development of identity in children and young people and citizenship education in Europe. This data is primarily intended for use by lecturers, students and those in professions who work with children and young people, but they will also be of interest and use to many in government, non-government organisations and in associations and groups interested in similar areas.

Search the database of publications and websites

This database includes references to a very wide range of resources in print and on line. Some of these have been published by CiCe, and many of these can be found and downloaded from this search facility. We also welcome suggested additions to this data collection: if you would like to add bibliographic details of resources that you have found useful via this site, please do so. This database depends on the suggestions and recommendations of members and non-members!

CiCe publications by type

These list all of the publications we have made since 1999. Many of these materials are available in downloadable pdf format. You can locate these directly if you have the publication details. Otherwise, search the database for the item you want.

• Every book of Conference Proceedings is listed, and you may browse through the contents list and select individual papers.
• All our Guideline series are listed. These are concise guides written by groups of our members to help practice in higher education.
• We also publish a series European Issues in Childrens Identity and Citizenship with our publisher, Trentham Books. Our list indicates the contents of each book. Books may be ordered directly from Trentham. If any book is out of print, Trentham have allowed us to include downloadable pdfs of each chapter. These are subject to the same terms and conditions of our other downloadable materials.
