The author's paper will be primarily interested in discussing the benefit of media-environments based on constructivist models in citizenship education. The desirable learners activity is stimulated by open learning system which are learner-initiated, need driven and conceptually and intellectually engaging. The active learning and all learner's experiences, values and attitudes have become increasingly determined by media environment at present. They are tremendous resource, providing tools for exploration, play, research, creation, communication, self-expression, and synergistic connections with people and ideas.
