Booking a place
Thank you very much for your interest in the 14th Annual CiCe Network Conference, the 8th CitizED Conference and the 1st Creating Citizenship Communities Conference. The three conferences, under the joint theme of Creating Communities: Local, National and Global, will take place concurrently at the University of York, England, UK, 24 -26 May 2012.

Some delegates have experienced problems when their browsers (Mozilla, Safari) do not maintain the link to the on-line form. You may have to copy the link on to a Microsoft Internet Explorer Browser to reach the form. Booking deadlines
Booking to the conference will close on the 1st of May 2012. We expect the demand for places to be high and we encourage you to book as early as possible as there will be a cap in numbers this year due to space constraints. There is also a discounted Early Bird fee for bookings made before the 16th of March 2012.
If you are submitting a proposal you can delay booking your place at the conference until after you receive notification of acceptance of your proposal. Please note that receiving and email with the acceptance of your proposal does not mean that we have automatically booked a place at the conference; you will still need to make a booking using the form above to be able to attend the conference.
Conference Fees
The Conference fee includes attendance to all sessions, a conference pack, the Conference Reception on Thursday evening, lunch on Friday and Saturday and refreshments during the breaks. It also includes a copy of the proceedings (to be published in early September 2012) that will be posted to the address you give on your booking form. It does not include travel and accommodation, not the Conference Dinner on Friday evening.

The Introductory CiCea Membership includes bi-monthly email Newsletters, use of our European Research Centres, access to the association Research Support Grants, eligibility for our Best Annual Publications Awards and the opportunity to vote and stand for Election. CiCe Network Institutions
The European Commission Grant covers the fees of up to two delegates from each institution. Please select the option CiCe member on the online booking form and book as normal. Please remember that your institutional coordinator will have to contact the CiCe office in advance to confirm eligibility.
To pay your booking fee
On the last page of the online booking form you will find a link to the London Metropolitan University online shop, where you can pay by card. You will have to pay the appropriate fee to ensure that your booking is processed. If your institution is paying for you, we may be able to invoice you, please contact the CiCe office for details.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations received in writing or by email before 16 March 2012 will be refunded at 50%. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after 16 March 2012.
Once you we have received and processed your booking and payment you will receive a confirmation email with a password to access the Conference Delegates page, where you can find the full programme of the conference.
